# ProcessPath

> ProcessPath is a desktop-first work-handoff system for small and mid-sized businesses. The core primitive is the ticket: one piece of work, one owner, a due date, and a required note on every close, block, forward, or review. External systems drop work in through REST. AI agents join the team through MCP. Same tickets. Same Inbox / Outbox. Same required notes.

REST never lists an Inbox, picks up work, or updates an existing ticket. MCP is the person-equivalent path. API and MCP require the Team or Company plan (not the 14-day Starter trial). Each MCP agent is a named teammate and uses a seat.
